The recruitment of foreign manpower into the manufacturing sectors of the Malaysian economy in Malaysia has a massive demand despite the uncertainties caused by the Covid 19 pandemic. The laws of Malaysia are dynamically structured, nonetheless, the government of Malaysia had set certain regulations that all Malaysian manpower agencies are required to abide by. Below are some required verifications, certifications and licenses that all recruitment agencies must acquire 1) The Significance of Accreditation of License A, B & C Firstly, the recruitment licenses which comes in three division namely; License A, License B and License C. License A signify a certain the qualification of a recruitment agency in recruiting only local workers meaning only Malaysian job seekers. On the other hand, License B contributes slight leniency for recruiters in recruiting local job seekers and household/domestic housekeepers in Malaysia. However, License C holds the highest in value, by permitting recruitment activities in all sectors having both local and international recruitment as part of scouting for talents. 2) Compliance of Act (446) and (RBA) for Workers Accommodation Standards Next, a general worker recruitment agency in Malaysia that provides packages such as Hostels must ensure that these accommodations are safe and hygienic for all workers to live in, which complies with both the regulations of the local labour act for Foreign Employees Amenities and Facilities (ACT 446) and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA). These acts are designed to protect the lawfully rights of workers to acquire a good living environment, especially foreign workforces who had come into Malaysia trusting the country with the only notion of earning a living. 3) Vehicles Operations Approvement by SPAD and JPJ Agencies that with packages inclusive of transport management are bound to own and acquire certifications and approval of their Operator’s license by the National Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD).
